This year’s blog will feature a new series from our offices at Farmside- keeping our clients informed on our happenings here as well as updates on our team of craftsman. As we strive to be a company who to keeps promises, exceeds expectations and owns the outcome of our work, we want to also shed light on our team’s commitment behind the scenes to uphold these values.
One of the best parts about being a team member at Farmside is you are so much more than a worker; you are a part of a family who supports each other’s success. We are grateful to have a staff with many years of service dedicated to our industry and specifically our company. This year we were happy to celebrate multiple “Years of Service” milestones with some of our team.
Crisoforo is an instrumental member of our construction crew. After being with us for 15 years now he has been on many award-winning projects and worked closely with Miles and the Construction team in executing high end design build work.
Florencio and Cesar, both seasonal employees with our company, have been foreman with our maintenance team for 10 years. We are grateful for their commitment to return to Farmside during our busiest time of year to fulfill our promise of providing excellence to our clients.
Lastly, we are recognizing Ed for his 5th year with our maintenance crews. He has been and continues to be a great addition to our frontline service providers and cares for many of our award-winning properties.
