This project on Lake Mohawk in Sparta, NJ was transformed from a low utilized area underneath the deck, into a covered dining and cooking area for the family to enjoy.

Some unique products that were used include ceramic tile as the material for the patio base. This created a natural, sleek modern look while not taking away from the charm of the house and it surrounding environments. The inclusion of natural grasses, bluestone steps and wood fencing ties the backyard into a space where parties can be held but also create a retreat for the family to enjoy the lake.
